You should get them realigned or maybe have new dentures made. Because bone constantly is getting reabsorbed and the gums are getting reabsorbed, it can cause the dentures to not fit as well.

Well, mouthwash that really stings the gums has alcohol in it.  Stinging is not good.  I recommend using alcohol-free mouthwashes.  In addition, there could be other products that sting the gums, but the one thing that we want to avoid is alcohol.

Yes, it is definitely a good idea to have your teeth cleaned while you are pregnant.  Sometimes, due to hormonal imbalances, there can be gum inflammation and bleeding gums.  These issues can be controlled with dental cleanings.

I would rather them not use any mouthwash with alcohol in it.  And, they have to be very careful not to swallow the mouthwash.  It is best just to brush their teeth until they are older and can use mouthwash properly.
