Flossing, brushing and regular professional cleanings are all important after getting veneers. If there are multiple veneers, I would say more than six or eight veneers, I would get dental cleanings every three months to make sure everything is going well with the veneers.

One alternative to getting veneers is whitening your teeth. If your teeth are slightly crooked then cosmetic re-contouring of the teeth can sometimes be done.
