I was told that I have a weak bite surface. What can be done?

A weak bite surface means that your teeth maybe worn down and sort of chipped. The cause of the weak bite surface may be from grinding the teeth. If the grinding has damaged the surface of the teeth and the enamel is worn away, the surface has to be restored with onlays, porcelain veneers or gold fillings. If there is not too much damage, you can wear a night guard to make sure that you stop wearing the teeth down any further.
