Symptoms of people with TMJ and/or grinding or clenching their teeth include:Â
- When you open and close your mouth there is a clicking or popping noise.Â
- You can not really open your mouth wide because of pain.Â
- If you keep your mouth open, it gets tired very rapidly.Â
- Headaches, especially in the morning, due to grinding your teeth at night.Â
- Many teeth are sensitive to hot and cold; not just one tooth.Â
- When chewing, there is pain in the whole area of the mouth.Â
