Explain painless dentistry?

Painless dentistry can mean one of two things. The first definition is that when the dentist is working on you, you don’t feel anything at all. The second definition has to do with using pain-free dental technology, so there is no need for any anesthetics. For example, air abrasion and other technologies are being used to remove cavities without anesthetics or drilling. In addition, there are also certain advances in anesthetics that cause the area to be so numb that the patient does not feel any sensitivity or pain.
