It is recommended that you brush your teeth for about two minutes. When brushing your teeth, spend 30 seconds on each of the four quadrants of the mouth. Be sure to brush in a circular as well as an up and down motion. Try not to brush back and forth on the sides of the teeth, as it can damage the gums.
