Do I need to floss every day?
Nov 25th, 2008 by Dr. Kourosh Maddahi DDS
Even in this day and age some people think that for good oral hygiene, you only need to brush your teeth. They also think that flossing is just a bonus activity for those who would really like sparkling clean teeth.
Little do they know that the flossing at least once everyday can help in the prevention of tooth decay, gum disease, bad breath as well as helping maintain the cleanliness and health of the oral cavity.
