Treating Bad Breath with Your Diet!

Simple changes to your diet could help you in the fight against bad breath. Make water your best friend. Drink as much of it as you can. It is recommended to have at least 8-10 glasses per day. Remember, dry mouth is linked with bad breath.
Eat fruit! Fruit is loaded with water, vitamins and minerals. Vegetables, besides having ample water they will also help your overall health.
