During cleanings and examinations, Dr. Maddahi and his staff guide their patients through the process with thorough explanations and state-of-the-art diagnostic tools. Digital x-rays and intraoral cameras allow patients to see any dental issues right on a chair-side digital screen.
It is important to Dr. Maddahi that his patient’s dental procedures be as pain-free and gentle as possible. Because of this, Dr. Maddahi uses an air drill or the Waterlase MD™ Turbo to drill for cavities instead of a traditional metal drill. These new types of drills minimize discomfort and often require little or no anesthesia. When an anesthetic is needed a special system is used to only deliver the precise needed dosage in a gentle manner. Most patients hardly notice they are receiving an anesthetic injection.
And as patients are having their dental work, they can watch a movie, listen to music or even get a massage. With Dr. Maddahi’s spa dentistry, a visit to the dentist is a relaxing and painless experience.
